Recruitment Procedure

According to Nepal government, we should maintain certain formalities before completion pre and final approval from Labor Department. Employer or recruiter should be verified following documents in recruiting procedure:

Consular Letter
This letter is issued by the employer addressing the Consulate General of the respective Embassy informing:

– The appointment of Broadway Overseas Employment Service as the lawful agent of the employer.
– Authorization to act on behalf of the employer and to carry your all visa formalities with the Embassy.

Demand Letter
A formal letter issued by the employer addressing Broadway Overseas Employment Service with full detail of:
– The job categories and number of workers.
– Monthly salary
– Contract period
– Working hours
– Description of all other facilities like food accommodation, medical and air passage

Power of Attorney
A letter issued by the employer authorizing Broadway Overseas Employment Service to act on behalf of the employer in recruiting the required number of workers and to carry out all necessary formalities related with the respective embassy and the related agencies of the government of Nepal.

Agency/Service Agreement
This agreement is made between the Broadway Overseas Employment Service stating clearly and precisely all the terms and conditions regarding manpower supply from Nepal.

Employment Contract
Employment contract duly signed between the overseas employment and the Nepalese employee.

Recruitment procedure at Broadway Overseas Employment Service is efficient and quick. On receipt of the original recruitment documents from the client, interviews are organized within 7 to 10 days.

Documents Required
The following original documents are required from the client’s by the Government of Nepal for the recruitment from Nepal:
• Demand Letter
• Power of Attorney
• Employment Agreement Contract
• Agreement between the Company and GOC
• Guarantee Letter

For Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: additional documents are required which are:
• Visa Bank Slip
• Consulate Authorization Letter (Wakala)
• Commercial Registration Copy
• Enjaz Visa

Interview Process
Day 01 : Advertising in authorized daily newspapers.
Day 05 : Pre-screening of all suitable candidates .
Day 08 : Final interview of candidates by the client and trade tests where applicable.

Medical Check-up
All the selected candidates are sent for medical fitness check-up in the Government authorized Medical Centers.

Visa Process
Only those candidates who are medically fit and available for travel are processed for Visa.

Orientation
The objective of orientation is to inform the candidates about the employing country, climatic conditions, jobs, culture, environment, laws & regulations before their departure. This could help them to adjust to their new environment quickly and perform well in their job.
